Coaching is a tool of self-growth. In a successful coaching, the person grows and carries out his/her functions more effectively. Quite often individual coaching is complemented by sessions of group coaching, as both processes bring about important personal changes.
Group Coaching:

To be able to listen, recognize, cooperate, share, ask for help, and to give help – is profitable! A team is a combination of roles and skills. Each team member is responsible for the successful carrying out of his own function, and as well as his own skills, can count on those of the other team members. On the basis of trust we dare more, as we are not constrained by our own limitations. Forming an Alliance for learning together.
The participants in a process of group learning share a common area of development – for example, as leaders of their respective teams. It is therefore recommendable that the group participants come from different teams in order to prevent the development of relationships based on their team roles.
The group learns by describing their challenges and real situations, debating on what they have learned from overcoming these problems, and putting into practice new behaviours for dealing with difficulties. The one explaining his/her case benefits as much from the process as those who put forward solutions for resolving the problem.
